he’s now 2 months! he’s so big and gotten chubby, not to mention heavy! he’s 11lbs. 
he also got his first set of immunization shots. i was really worried that he’d get the fever but thank god he didn’t. breastmilk’s good! hehehe! although i know he was in pain when we got home. he was really uneasy but he slept through it. he woke up here and there and cried painfully and trust me, i shed some tear, felt so bad and useless. all i could do was hug him and carried him the entire time. good thing, john was on his day off–i needed to pour my tears out to someone. *sigh* am glad that’s all done… for now at least, he’ll get his next set of shots on his th month. oh my baby 
this afternoon, we had an appointment with our parish priest. oh sermon, sermon, sermon. he’s really strict; but he’s nice. he was blunt the whole time. after leaving the church, i felt so bad and made me think. i wanted to cry–i did, inside. but that sermon was a good sermon. *sigh*
baby, everything that mommy and daddy are doig right now and all throughout is all for you because we love you so much.
that’s gud that baby Jonathan did not get sick after his immunizations… he looks more than 11lbs in the pic! LOL! so tabachingching na!
i hate sermons.. i really do… i have an uncle who is a priest back in Manila.. i havent spoken to him since I got my civil marriage and gave birth coz i know im gonna get it too! he’s probably gonna oblige me to get married in the church ASAP!
whatever sermon your priest gave you, im sure he means well =)
just out of curiosity (and being nosy too if u think, hahaha!) are u planning on getting married in the church soon?
i know. ang taba taba! parang michelin mascot. LOL! he’s got rolls!!! hahahah! but am happy he’s like this. kasi nung first few weeks diba ang “slim” nya. LOL! when you saw him, he didn’t have the rolls. hehehehe! and thank god hindi sya nilagnat. i was really praying for it and good thing i am nursing.
yeah he means well. but after that sermon, my gosh, i felt so bad and such a bad catholic
some hate that priest but i happen to like him. he’s nice though suuuuper strict! but i know he’s gentle.
hahahahah! i was asking john that question too. i keep asking him when will he propose to me, so baby is legal. LOL! no proposal, no wedding. LOL!!! on a serious side, yap we will… pag nag-alok na sya ng kasal. pag ako nagtanong, ako ang lalaki sa pamilya. haahahhaah! and i can ask anytime. LOL!
ikaw kelan ka sa church?
Im a God-fearing person but im not really very religious in all honesty… I think Mon and I are content with the civil marriage for now kasi ang main priority namin ngayon is to save for a house.. pag may house na kami, then we can plan for a church wedding… although madali lang para samin ang magpakasal sa church kung tutuusin since my uncle is a priest and im sure he can give us a “free wedding” at his church, but we really dont have any plans of visiting Manila anytime soon…
so no church wedding for mom and dad for now, but baby Luke is going to have his baptism no matter what.. we just dont wanna do it during winter so its going to be on the weekend of june 21..
as long as baby Luke has his dad’s name we’re somewhat happy with that for now… LOL! kaya nga nagmadali kaming magpa-civil marriage non eh.. that was the easiest and cheapest way! LOL!
