sigh. i have some few disappointments today but i’ll only blog about the main thing.
for the past 2-3 months i have been house haunting. researching about the builder, city and the community. i have picked some that i would consider. there are a lot of houses that are on the market but they are just way over our price range. some were more than half a million and some were just too ugly but cheap.
however, there was this one particular house that i’ve bookmarked into my “wishlist” folder. its to die for. its very open and the one i have been looking for in a lot–a corner lot. its the most beautiful house that i’ve ever seen since i started looking for one. only to find out today that it has been sold! waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! but i will not worry. there’s a lot of time that my dream house is just around the corner 
and we’ll get it built brand new (just like my parent’s house).
anyhow, here are the photos of that house. whomever bought this house is very lucky. i am so jealous!
on a more promising note, i am feel quite better now. my cough is slowly kicking out of me. (finally!) baby athan is all better now and so is john. i hate it when my family gets sick. i hate canadian weather its so unpredictable! *rolls eyes*

ate mae: i know. that’s another thing i loved about it. my only downfall is the kitchen. too small for such lovely house. i want my kitchen to be open and big! kahit di pa ako marunong magluto but once i have the kitchen am sure i’ll be inspired to cook everyday. LOL!
and yes… ginagawa pa. hehehe! sa panaginip ko. soon! i’ll be able to show the house and make it a home

hahah! i wanted an island in the middle kinda like a bar/island but big.
so am i. i already have ideas of what my house will be. am excited
and today, i went to ikea for more inspiration. LOL! i wanted to take home some kitchen stuff but i have no kitchen yet. boooo! so i took home athan’s high chair instead. hehehehe!
I want the same for my kitchen – big with an island counter that has a sink plus pwd breakfast/snack table para fruits & salad can be servd fresh. Plus it encourage interaction with ur family while preparing food or doing the dishes than just facing the wall.. Ü

absolutely beautiful… i love the open-concept of it.. too bad its already sold.. dont worry, im sure the right one will come to you at the right time… ako nga rin nagtitingin na rin coz I wanna make sure na we have our own house before my in-laws decide to finally settle here… i’d love to buy a brand new house myself kaso we wanna buy a house around here sa Shepperd and Keele mainly becoz of work, eh so far wala namang bago dito, except yung sa may Weston Rd, eh ayaw ko naman don kasi marami nang itim lalo don… *sigh* di bale, the right time will come to us ^___^

sinabi mo pa. ako nga nagiisip na magpa-transfer ng office sa downtown kasi anlayo. or one of us has to be closer to home. yang place na yan sa milton. so its just 10 minutes drive.
honga! andami dun! kami pag walang makita sa area namin, malamang sa richmond hill/vaughn area. pero may kumontra agad kasi puro hudjo daw. LOL!
not too soon though. siguro in 2 years. ipon pa ng marami. para mas bongga yung house namin kesa sa pics sa taas. hahahaha! are you buying yours soon???
