i’ve rendered some invitations and i picked this design. however, i am torn between these:

now, i am wide awake. i need to sleep soon but the sandman hasn’t arrive.

…kinda in a way. although i prefer to buy a detach house; but it seems too big for the 3 of us. i guess buying a house will save us from constant moving if we decided to buy a house later on. so why not buy it now, right? but then, we kinda want a condo instead. why? we hate shoveling snow! LOL!

i’ve been eyeing this condo for quite some time.

and the second building is in the making it is located in the heart of mississauga. we wanted some where in vaughn. *sigh* but like i said, we are just looking for now. i dont think it is the right time to buy a property at this time. we’ll see in 2-3 years when the prices are down. i have an agent on hold (recommended by my cousin). buying our own place is just soooo exciting!

anyhow, i gotta hit the shower! we’re taking nathan to the hospital. don’t worry he’s fine. i’ll tell you why later… grrrrrrrr!
